These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between CME Dynamics LLC, located at 1640 Pleasant Lane, Glenview, IL 60025, USA (“CME Dynamics,” “MIFAS Elite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you, the individual member (“Member,” “you”). MIFAS Elite™ provides online courses, webinars, audio and visual presentations, a members area, community access, and periodic coaching and case review.
Membership and Billing
MIFAS Elite is a paid, recurring membership. Your access is conditional on payment of the applicable membership fee.
Founding rate. As a Founding 100 member, you receive the founding rate shown at checkout at the time you enroll. This founding rate is locked for as long as your membership stays active and continuous. If you cancel and later rejoin, current standard pricing applies.
Recurring billing. Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. By enrolling, you authorize these recurring charges.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Your membership stays active through the end of the current paid period, and cancellation stops all future billing. To cancel, email support@drtjahn.com.
Fee changes. We may change the subscription fee in the future. Active members will be notified at least 30 days in advance and will have 30 days to accept and continue or to cancel.
Except as provided in Section 2, payments are non-refundable and there are no partial refunds for unused time once a billing period has begun.

It is not medical advice, not a directive to treat any specific patient in any specific way, and not a substitute for your own clinical training, judgment, licensure requirements, hospital or facility protocols, device manufacturer instructions for use, or the applicable standard of care.
Professional Responsibility and Surgeon’s Discretion
You are a licensed, independent professional. You are solely responsible for every clinical decision you make, including patient selection, indication, informed consent, technique, execution, and post-operative care. Any technique or approach discussed in MIFAS Elite is applied entirely at your own discretion and professional judgment.
You agree that:
- The final decision on any patient’s care rests solely with you as the treating provider.
- You will practice only within your training, competence, credentialing, licensure, and the applicable standard of care.
- You are responsible for obtaining any additional hands-on training, proctoring, or credentialing required before performing any procedure.
- MIFAS Elite, CME Dynamics LLC, Dr. TJ Ahn, and all instructors, staff, and affiliates do not participate in, supervise, direct, or bear responsibility for your patient care.
Assumption of Risk and Release
You understand that surgery carries inherent risks and that clinical outcomes depend on many factors within your control and beyond ours. You assume full responsibility for outcomes in your own practice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless CME Dynamics LLC, MIFAS Elite, Dr. TJ Ahn, and their owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from or related to your use or application of any information obtained through MIFAS Elite, including any claim brought by or on behalf of your patients.
No Warranties and No Guarantee of Results
MIFAS Elite guarantees no specific clinical, financial, or practice result. Everyone’s outcome is different and depends on factors such as your own skill, drive, and diligence. Examples, case studies, and testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise or guarantee of your outcome. The membership is provided on an “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be liable to you or to any party related to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of business profits or other pecuniary loss, or for any clinical outcome, malpractice claim, litigation, or patient injury, whether under a theory of contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), products liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Released Parties’ total aggregate liability for any claim relating to MIFAS Elite will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You will, at your own expense, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, injuries, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your clinical practice, your treatment of patients, your use or application of any MIFAS Elite content, or your breach of these Terms.
Intellectual Property, License, and Trademarks
All MIFAS Elite content, including videos, courses, documents, frameworks, case materials, images, audio, and recordings, is the sole intellectual property of CME Dynamics LLC and its licensors under United States copyright, trademark, and other laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the content for your individual professional use only.
Except for that limited license, these Terms grant you no ownership or other interest in the content, courses, or any trademarks or service marks used by MIFAS Elite. You may not copy, record, download (except where expressly provided), share, resell, redistribute, or use the content to teach any third party or to create competing materials.
Confidentiality
You may not provide or make available any documentation, video, audio, images, or login credentials to any third party, use them to teach any third party, or otherwise disclose or discuss information revealed in any portion of the membership except as expressly permitted. Your login is for your personal use only. Community discussions and other members’ cases are confidential. This Section survives termination and binds you in perpetuity.
Promotional Materials and Media Release
By seeking the benefits of membership, you agree that we may reproduce and disseminate any testimonial or statement describing your experience, and any statements or images captured or recorded at any MIFAS Elite event, including material you publish to social media or online forums. You represent that any statements or testimonials you make will be accurate and truthful.
Community Conduct and No Solicitation
MIFAS Elite is a professional, supportive community. You agree to engage respectfully and in good faith. You may not promote your own services or products, or those of any third party, to other members without prior written consent from CME Dynamics LLC. Any such promotion or solicitation without consent is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination at our sole discretion.
Non-Transferability
The rights and obligations under these Terms are personal to you. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your membership at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or conduct harmful to the community, without refund. We may also discontinue the program with reasonable notice, in which case we will refund any prepaid, unused portion.
Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version. Continued membership after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We will communicate material changes to active members.
Entire Agreement
These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and CME Dynamics LLC concerning the membership, and supersede and replace any prior proposal, representation, or understanding, whether oral or written.
Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The venue for any dispute will be in the County of Cook, Illinois, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Attorneys’ Fees
If any action or proceeding is brought to enforce or interpret these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, as fixed by the court, as part of any award or judgment.
